It's obvious the author really knows his stuff...a very valuable little resource for bodybuilders wishing to realize their full potential...and it's free! Most free eBooks I have read are just excuses for advertisements filled with affiliate links...but Richard Hargreaves (the author) seems genuinely interested in helping others. He even gives a cheap Do It Yourself alternative to expensive protein powders...even though that is one of the products his company sells! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
